The guidance provides the corporate bond yield curve and segment rates under I.R.C. §430(h)(2) for determining minimum funding requirements for single-employer defined benefit plans, as well as the 30-year Treasury weighted average rate under I.R.C. §431(c)(6) used for certain multiemployer plan funding calculations. The guidance also provides the minimum present value segment rates under I.R.C. §417(e)(3) used to determine the present value of certain pension benefits, including lump-sum distributions.” MORE >>
